【名家简介】 吴建堂,1936 年生、四川籍,祖籍广东梅州市,常住北京,非物质文化遗产(中国一绝《捻条画》)传承大师,捻条油画创始人,画历82年,现年86岁,4岁起随父(吴道悲教授)习画,受父之画友张大千、徐悲鸿、张采芹指教。继承和革新了捻条画。2010 年在北京钓鱼台国宾馆被国家授予《世界杰出艺术大师》称号、证书。中国美协会员,中国国画院名誉院长,文化部中国德艺双馨书画院特聘荣誉院长,国授国内艺术界泰斗、香港皇家社会科学院院士、爵士,香港远程工程学院特聘教授,牛津大学客座教授、联合国文化总署文化大使,中国工美术家协会终身名誉主席,香港文联美协副主席,国际美联理事,联合国新未来机构中国分部新未来名人书画院院士。作品获七次国内、国际美术金牌奖,国务院园丁奖。 Wu Jiantang, born in 1936 in Sichuan, whose ancestral home is Meizhou City, Guangdong, and resident in Beijing, is a master of inheriting the intangible cultural heritage (China’s unique twist bar painting) and the founder of Twist Bar oil painting. He has been painting for 82 years. He is 86 years old. He has studied painting with his father (Professor Wu Daobei) since the age of 4, and has been taught by his father’s painting friends Zhang Daqian, Xu Beihong and Zhang Caiqin. Inherited and innovated the Twist Bar painting. In 2010, he was awarded the title and certificate of world outstanding art master by the state in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, Beijing. He is a member of China Artists Association, honorary president of the Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese painting, distinguished honorary president of the Chinese Academy of painting and calligraphy of the Ministry of culture, a leading figure in the domestic art circles, an academician and knight of the Royal Academy of Social Sciences of Hong Kong, a distinguished professor of the Hong Kong Institute of distance engineering, a visiting professor of Oxford University, a cultural ambassador of the United Nations General Administration for culture, and a lifelong honorary president of the Chinese Artists Association, Vice chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of literary and art artists association, director of the International Federation of American artists, and academician of the new future celebrity painting and Calligraphy Academy of the China branch of the United Nations new future agency.
